入選滾石雜誌史上最偉大百位藝人名單的英國搖滾歌手 Elvis Costello 在 2011 年以「Spinning Wheel 巡迴演唱會」深獲好評，2012 年春季，他將這輪巡迴演唱會於 2011 年 5 月 11 日與 12 日兩天在洛杉磯的 The Wiltern Theatre 劇場開唱的影音實況匯集成 CD+DVD 雙碟特輯【The Return Of The Spectacular Spinning Songbook】發行，洛杉磯時報形容：「這兩場演唱會帶來了神采飛揚的聽覺體驗，引爆激動人心的熱烈迴響。」Elvis Costello 在這個由樂迷以幸運之輪遊戲方式決定演唱歌單的演唱會中，即興獻唱來自 2010 年專輯【National Ransom】的歌曲，還有 30 年歌唱生涯中的代表作，像是 "Everyday I Write The Book"、"God Give Me Strength"、"(What's So Funny 'Bout) Peace, Love And Understanding"，同時也重新詮釋 The Rolling Stones 樂團 1966 年名曲 "Out Of Time"，還有與搖滾樂團 The Bangles 主唱 Susanna Hoffs 攜手合唱 2002 年創作曲 "Tear Off Your Own Head (It's A Doll Revolution)"。DVD 的部分演唱曲目與 CD 不同，同時超值收錄 Elvis Costello 與交情深厚的 The Imposters 樂團成員的演唱會幕後畫面。
